Falcon Arms Company will ship modern firearms to Federal Firearms licensees only, we will ship firearms 50 years old or older to C&R Federal licensees only, we will ship Pre 1898 firearms to anyone that can prove they are 21 years old or older.

Ammo, blades, accessories and non-firearm related items are not subject to federal laws and may be shipped to anyone.

Firearms are shipped USPS/PM at a cost of $25.00 per handgun $25.00 per longun and $40.00 per cased longun (including new case), there are some exceptions due to weight. Ammo is shipped via UPS. Transfer fees are $25.00 per Longun, $35.00 per Handgun due to NY excessive paperwork.

Please check your own state laws before purchasing hi cap mags or preban firearms, there are certain states that have banned types of firearms and magazines.

Falcon Arms Company guarantees all firearms that we sell to the extent that our description is accurate, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 7 days. The item must not have been fired or disassembled and manufactures warrantees will apply if in effect.

The most effective way to insure your right to own and legally use firearms is to join the National Rifle Association, do not say "I Shooda" after it is too late.

Consignments

Falcon Arms Company is a Consignment based Company, we do not sell retail.

Items that come in on Consignment usually are from Estates, Persons that have inventory they no longer need or want, and Police seizures.

These items are listed on the Internet for sale or auction on a person to person basis via Falcon Arms Company as a Transfer Agent, this in short means that we are NOT the seller, the owner is the seller and we facilitate the sale by putting the Seller and Purchaser together.

Out of state purchasers for items that require shipping must provide a License from a Federal Firearms Dealer so that the item may be legally shipped across state lines, New York purchasers must pass a NICS background check before a firearm is transferred to them.

Fees for these services are; Listing, sale and shipping- Owner to Purchaser 18% of sale price-no extras, Purchaser transfer fee ;$25.00 Longun, $35.00 Handgun in State only.

Firearms are listed either with a fixed price, at Auction (URL attached) or “Make a reasonable offer.”
