Falcon Arms Company will ship modern firearms to Federal Firearms licensees only, we will ship firearms 50 years old or older to C&R Federal licensees only, we will ship 100 year old firearms to anyone that can prove they are 21 years old or older.
 
Ammo, blades, accessories and non-firearm related items are not subject to federal laws and may be shipped to anyone.
 
Firearms are shipped USPS/PM at a cost of $25.00 per handgun $25.00 per longun and $40.00 per cased longun (including new case), there are some exceptions due to weight. Ammo is shipped via UPS.
 
Please check your own state laws before purchasing hi cap mags or preban firearms, there are certain states that have banned types of firearms and magazines.
 
Falcon Arms Company guarantees all firearms that we sell to the extent that our description is accurate, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 7 days. The item must not have been fired or disassembled and manufactures warrantees will apply if in effect.
